Ramon Dominguez
Mr. Dominguez is President, Secretary and Co-Chairman of San Juan Holdings Inc., Mr. Dominguez is also Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President, and Founder of RD Capital Group, Inc. ("RD Capital"), which is a privately-owned, NASD-member brokerage firm with a full service office located in San Juan, PR. RD Capital is one of the largest locally-owned and headquartered securities firms in Puerto Rico. Prior to forming RD Capital, Mr Dominguez was a Senior Vice President and Co-Branch Manager of Dean Witter Reynolds Inc. of Puerto Rico. During his tenure, Mr. Dominguez was the firm's top taxable fixed income securities producer throughout Dean Witter's offices worldwide and, based on such efforts, Mr. Dominguez was consistently selected for membership in Dean Witter's exclusive Chairman's Club. Prior to joining Dean Witter, Mr. Dominguez was a Partner and Senior Vice President with Drexel Burnham Lambert, Inc. and a member of the firm's Million Dollar Club. Prior to Drexel, Mr. Dominguez also worked for Paine Webber of Puerto Rico. Mr. Dominguez received an Executive Management Certificate from University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business, a Masters Degree in Finance from Inter-American University and received a Bachelors Degree in Finance from the University of Puerto Rico. Mr. Dominguez was a major shareholder and member of the Board of Directors of Caribbean Federal Saving Bank and was actively involved in the acquisition negotiations that led to the sale of Caribbean Federal to R&G Federal Savings Bank. Mr. Dominguez also served on the Boards of R&G Federal and Puerto Rico International Bank. Mr. Dominguez is a member of the National Association of Securities Dealers, the Securities Industry Association and the Puerto Rico Treasury Management Association. Mr. Dominguez is a member of the board of directors of Margo Caribe, Inc. (PR) and Euro-Caribe Packing Company, Inc. (PR). 

Addison M. Levi, III
Mr. Levi is Treasurer, Vice President and Co-Chairman of San Juan Holdings, Inc., a Puerto-Rico based private merchant banking boutique, making mezzanine and equity investments in companies primarily located in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. Mr. Levi is also Chairman, Treasurer, and co- founder of Bahia Group Holdings, LLC ("BGH"), a New York-based private merchant banking firm which provides corporate finance advisory services and makes principal investments in all types of industrial, manufacturing, distribution and service companies. Both BGH and SJH have the ability to consummate acquisition and investment transactions involving small and medium-sized companies, as well as transactions involving larger companies. In this regard, Mr. Levi has significant experience on Wall Street as an investment banker to manufacturing, industrial, distribution, service and financial services companies, and has raised more than $2 billion in debt and equity capital pursuant to various merger and acquisition-related transactions. Mr. Levi was previously a Senior Vice President in Dean Witter Reynolds' Financial Institutions and Corporate Finance Group respectively, with primary market focus on financial institutions and general industrial companies located in the Middle and South Atlantic States, the Southeast and Puerto Rico. In the Financial Institutions Group, Mr. Levi specialized in equity and debt financings and merger and acquisition advisory on behalf of banks, thrifts and mortgage banking companies. Prior to joining Dean Witter, Mr. Levi was a principal in a small, private venture capital investment banking company; a financial analyst at Penn Central Corp.; and an associate in Citibank's Corporate Finance Department concentrating on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private placements and corporate advisory work. Mr. Levi received his M.B.A. degree through a W.R. Grace Fellowship, from Columbia University's Graduate School of Business, and graduated from the College of the Holly Cross with an A.B. in economics/accounting. Mr. Levi has been a lecturer for the Practicing Law Institute in the areas of capital markets and initial public offerings. He has served as Treasurer and Vice Chairman on the Board of The Twenty-First Century Foundation and Harlem Center for Education, respectively.
